One of the more impressive mounting types from the 'MEKELITE' series of industrial lamps by MEK-ELEK of London. Circa 1940s.

Steel and aluminium construction with unusual cast brass mount, complete with dark British racing green vitreous enamelled shade. Mounted on a bespoke heavy steel base.

Articulation at arm joints with additional rotation at turret base and shade carrier.

Supplied rewired with black braided cable (+2m), solid brass switched bayonet (B22) lamp holder and plug.

Tested for electrical safety.
