All items are subject to availability. We always try to display when goods are out of stock, however we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Delivery

Delivery to mainland UK is free when you spend over £100.

Orders with a value under £100 are charged at £3.90.

Orders weighing under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. Orders over 2kg are sent via 24 hour courier.

International customers: Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Returns

If you are unhappy with our products in any way, they can be returned provided they are in unused condition. You must contact us before returning any items. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery and returned within 21 days.

Postage costs are non-refundable.

Returns of damaged goods will only be accepted if goods were damaged before delivery. We make every effort to ensure your purchase is delivered safely and securely.

Products that are made to order or modified at the request of the buyer cannot unfortunately be refunded.

Unless otherwise stated our products have a 1 year guarantee.

Nature of vintage goods

All vintage and upcycled items are to be considered as ‘used’. This means that signs of wear are likely to be present.

We undertake to mention in item descriptions only those things that may be considered to be of major structural or aesthetic concern. Detailed condition reports are available by request.

All dimensions stated within product descriptions are approximate.

All lighting and lighting components must be installed and certified by a qualified electrician. We can not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury caused by improper use or installation.
